The brigade was formed 02.16.1943 on the basis of the 121st tank brigade .
In the army from 02.16.1943 to 05.09.1945.
Participated in the Battle of Kursk delivering strikes south of Prokhorovka on the flank of the enemy strike force, the Belgorod-Kharkov strategic operation , participated in the Uman-Botoshan operation , the Iasi-Kishinev strategic , Debrecen and Budapest strategic offensive operations, the Bratislava-Brnovsk operation , the Prague operation .
Forced the Dnieper , Southern Bug , Tisu .
She took part in the liberation of Kirovograd , Merefa , Bratislava .
