Oise [1] ( French Oise [waz] ) is a river in Belgium and France , the right tributary of the Seine . Length - 302 km. The total area of the pool is 17 thousand km². It is connected by a system of canals with such rivers as the Meuse , Somme , Scheldt [2] . The Sanse River basin is connected to the Northern Canal .

Oise originates in the Belgian province of Hainaut , in the western spurs of the Ardennes , then flows southwest through France (departments of En , Oise , Seine and Oise , Yveline ), flows into the Seine at Conflans-Sainte-Honorine ( Yveline department, in 30 km below Paris [2] .
The cities of Compiegne , Creil and Pontoise (France) are located on the river.
The average water flow rate is 110 m³ / s.
