Outpost M93 "Black Arrow" ( Serb. Crna Strela ) - Serbian large-caliber sniper rifle . For firing from M93 rifle cartridges of caliber 12.7 × 99 mm ( 12.7 × 108 mm in the export version) are used. Technically, it is a 5-round rifle with a sliding bolt. Submission of ammunition when shooting is made from detachable box magazine capacity of 5 rounds.

The M93 device is based on the Mauser 98 German rifle.
The M93 is equipped with a fixed- scope telescope . It was developed in the first half of the 1990s at the Yugoslav Zastava plant in the city of Kragujevac .
