Internal selection
Channel NOS decided to choose the performer for the role of the representative of the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 . There were many candidates, but Hind was one of the most popular singers in the Netherlands [1] . The music was written by Hind herself and two other composers ( Bas van den Heuvel , Tjeerd van Zanen ), and the lyrics are also Hind and Tjeerd van Zanen . The presentation of the song Your heart belongs to me March 7th .
