Sig-Sauer SSG 3000

Sig-Sauer SSG 3000 is a sniper rifle developed jointly by the Swiss company SIG-Arms and the German Sauer based on the Sauer 200ST sports rifle. Used by European and American police.

For shooting from a sniper rifle, rifle cartridges of 7.62 Γ— 51 mm NATO caliber are used. Technically, it is a 5-shot rifle with a longitudinally sliding rotary bolt. The supply of ammunition during firing is made from a store with a capacity of 5 rounds.

The rifle is equipped with an optical sight of variable magnification Hendsoldt 1.5-6 Γ— 42 mm, no open sight.
