Biography
In 1938 he graduated from the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute [1] .
From 1950 to 1959, he led the Shipbuilding Plant named after 61 Communards .
From April 1959 to September 1979, he led the Black Sea Shipbuilding Plant .
Member of the CPSU , delegate to the XXV Congress of the CPSU [2] .
Awards
- 1966 - the Hammer and Sickle Gold Medal of the Hero of Socialist Labor .
- Honorary citizen of Nikolaev .
Memory
- The square in Nikolaev was named in honor of A. B. Gankevich.
