Sako TRG - sniper rifle manufactured by the Finnish arms company SAKO . It is a magazine rifle with a longitudinally sliding rotary bolt.

The rifle is equipped with an optical sight , an aiming bar STANAG 2324 and removable bipod.
For rifle shooting, depending on the modification, rifle cartridges of 7.62 × 51 mm NATO TRG-22, .300 Winchester Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum TRG-42 are used. This is a caliber-dependent rifle with a magazine. The supply of ammunition during firing is made from a box magazine with a capacity of 10 rounds of 7.62 or 5 rounds .338.
Used by law enforcement agencies in several European countries. In Russia, this rifle is sold as a hunting and sporting civilian weapon at a price of about 300 thousand rubles. To obtain a rifle, permission is required.

- TRG-22 - model chambered for 7.62 × 51 mm (.308 Winchester);
- TRG-41 - model under the cartridge .338 Lapua Magnum;
- TRG-42 - model under the cartridge .300 Winchester or .338 Lapua Magnum.
Armed
- Armenia : SAKO TRG-41 is in service with the special forces of the Armenian Army;
- Belgium : SAKO TRG-21 is in service with the SIE Special Forces Police [1] ;
- Italy : Sako TRG-22 is in service with the special forces of the GIS Carabinieri Corps [2] ; Sako TRG-21 and Sako TRG-22 - in service with the NOCS police special forces [3] , and Sako TRG-42 - in service with the 17th special wing of the Italian Air Force [4] ;
- Poland : as of mid-2009, the police were armed with SAKO TRG ‑ 21, TRG ‑ 22 and TRG ‑ 42 [5] ;
- Russia : Sako TRG-22 are used by snipers from SOBR units and various units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB [6] ;
- Serbia : Sako TRG are armed with anti-terrorist special forces SAJ [7] and PTJ [8] of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia;
- Ukraine : Sako TRG-42 is in service with Group A of the Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine [9] and the Omega special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine [10] ;
- Finland : Sako TRG-42 is in service under the name 8.6 TKIV 2000;
- Czech Republic : Sako TRG-22 in service with the army [11] and the URNA police special forces [12] ;
- Estonia : since 2007 [13] ;
- Switzerland : Sako TRG-42 in service with the army.
