It arose at the end of the XVI century . The documents of 1627 - 1628 say: “Praise, and Khrushchev, too, for Clementi and for Vasily Borisov’s children of Khrushchev, under Romantsevsky Forest, on the river Perekhvali” [2] .
The name - according to the service people of the Khrushchev and the location near the forest. Nearby, on the Perekhval river, there is also the village of Speshnev- Podlesnoye .
