Algodismenorea - pain during menstruation , resulting from infantilism , improper position of the uterus , inflammatory processes in the genitals , with endometriosis and other diseases , as well as with increased excitability of the central nervous system . It is usually observed in young women (often with infertility ). The pain appears a few days before menstruation (see premenstrual syndrome ), is often very severe and is accompanied by headache, nausea , vomiting and dizziness . With the onset of menstruation, it passes by itself.
