Footballer of the Year in Latvia is an annual award awarded by the Latvian Football Federation based on a survey of journalists. The award was first awarded in 1995 . The greatest number of times this award was received by Andris Vanin [1] - four times, as well as three times Marian Pakhar and Vitaliy Astafiev .
