Alexey Viktorovich Vorobyevsky ( February 25, 1906 , Tankhoy , Transbaikal Oblast - January 31, 1992 , St. Petersburg ) is a Soviet porcelain artist.

Born in the family of a railwayman. After graduating from an art school in the city of Slutsk, Alexei Vorobyevsky came to the Lomonosov Leningrad Plant in 1926 , where he worked all his life. Vorobyevsky’s teachers were first a teacher of art school, Ivan Grigoryevich Mikhailov, and then Sergei Vasilyevich Chekhonin , an artist at the Lomonosov Leningrad Porcelain Factory .

  • Honored Artist of the RSFSR ( 1969 )
  • State Prize of the RSFSR named after I.E. Repin ( 1970 ) - for the creation of highly artistic samples of porcelain
