The Grevin Museum is a Parisian wax museum on Montmartre Boulevard, which opened its doors on June 5, 1882.

Content
History
In 1881, Arthur Meyer decided to create a wax museum for his newspaper Le Gaulois ( Le Gaulois ), following the example of the Madame Tussauds museum that had existed for more than a century. He turns to the sculptor, cartoonist and theatrical costume designer Alfred Greven with a proposal to make for the museum sculptures of popular characters of the era, people about whom his newspaper writes.
Collection
The museum's collection contains about 450 waxworks of famous people or fictional characters. Most of the exposition is presented in the form of scenes depicting key moments in the history of France:

Le Al Branch
