Story
The main character, retired ranger Cameron Poe, meets his wife Trisha in a bar. On the street they are attacked by hooligans and he defends himself and kills one of them. On the advice of counsel, Poe pleads guilty, but the judge believes that the defendant “applied military skills against civilians” and sentenced him to 7-10 years in prison. Po does not lose heart, trains his body, learns Spanish, makes friends with other prisoners, including Baby O.
It takes 8 years. On board the S-123 aircraft, prisoners are transported under guard to a new prison. Among them is early release Cameron Poe. UBN agent Duncan Malloy is about to send a federal agent to the plane to monitor the situation and give him a gun. Marshal Vince Larkin asks to give him a weapon, because nobody has weapons on the plane. Malloy fulfills his request, but then secretly passes the gun to the agent.
During the flight, the recidivist Cyrus Grissom (Sirus-Virus), together with his accomplices, hijacks a plane, killing the second pilot, doctor and several guards, then freeing the prisoners. He takes the gun from the killed pilot, but the agent sent by Malloy reveals himself and, in the end, dies. Baby-O needs insulin because he is diabetic , and Cameron promises to help. The virus makes the pilot say that everything is OK on board.
Larkin finds the blueprints of an airplane in Sirus's cell and reveals his plans. One of the guards opens the Virus box, in which the bomb appears and an explosion occurs.
Meanwhile, Sirus and his assistants put on police uniforms and land in Carson City to exchange three white prisoners. They are killed and the virus sends "volunteers", including the pilot of the aircraft. Poe refuses to leave the plane to help Baby O and Sally. The police gives in return for ten criminals, including the maniac Garland Green. Assistant Sirus Billiards rearranges the beacon on another plane, but falls under the chassis of the take-off C-123.
Larkin analyzes the information and realizes that Cameron is his “ally” on board the aircraft and is trying to dissuade Malloy from shooting down the aircraft. Cameron, meanwhile, by order of the Diamond Dog, throws Billiard's body, which is stuck in the chassis, and writes a message for Larkin on his clothes. The corpse lands right in the city, Vince is informed of the find. He understands that Malloy is flying the wrong plane, but he refuses to listen to the marshall. Larkin hijacks a Malloy convertible and travels to the abandoned Lerner Airport to meet the criminals. Cameron kills an accomplice of Sirus Badford (Billy Bedlam), who revealed him.
Swamp Mossy lands a plane in the desert, but he got stuck in the sand. Larkin passes out from the blow. The bandits capture three guards, but, thanks to the actions of Poe, they are not killed. He is going to get insulin for Baby O, but he is faced with Mexican bandits whom he kills with the help of Larkin. Syros's boss and accomplice, Francisco Cindino, throws offenders and is about to fly on his plane, but Larkin knocks him down with a crane. The virus does not forgive Cindino's betrayal and brutally cracked down on him.
The police come to the place, the bandits ambush them, but Larkin rescues them with a truck. Po runs to the plane with insulin. Johnny 23 rapist is about to rape guard Sally Bishop, but Poe arrives in time to knock him out and save her, as well as Baby O's life. The plane takes off. Sirus is trying to find out who reported the police to him, and Baby-O confesses to him instead of Poe. The virus shoots him. The plane is chased by helicopters with Larkin and Malloy. Larkin closes the plane with his helicopter and asks Malloy not to shoot him down, which he does. Poe fights with bandits and gets wounded in the arm, while Sally knocks out Sirus. Po comes into the cabin to Leshem and orders to land the plane. He makes a heavy landing right in front of a casino in Las Vegas . Criminals are arrested, Baby-O is taken by an ambulance. However, Sirus along with Leshim and Diamond Dog escaped. Po and Larkin pursue them on motorcycles and stop them in a difficult battle. At the end of the film, Cameron meets with his wife Trisha and daughter Casey and gives her a teddy hare, whom he bought his daughter as a birthday present. The film ends with the scene where Garland Green plays in a casino.
