The density of terry materials is measured in grams per square meter and ranges from 300 to 800 units. The higher the density, the more fluffy the terry product. In terry products, the excessive presence of artificial fibers is not permissible, since all of them, due to their belonging to an individual toilet, are designed for washing at high temperatures, which synthetic additives are not able to withstand. The only possible deviation with respect to the production of terry cloth is an admixture of polyester yarn in the manufacture of the base of the fabric. For the production of towels, fibers of small and medium thickness are used. Very thin threads twist in two, thus increasing the thickness of the finished product, although its density, in standard units, remains the same. Products from terry cloth based on natural fibers look exactly the same after washing as they did before, having the same soft, delicate and fluffy texture. The only restriction to terry products - ironing is contraindicated for them. Ironed terry cloth looks unnatural and extremely untidy.
