In the Soviet photo album about Khabarovsk [1] , under the heading “Their Names in the History of the City”, the biography of Yakov Dyachenko was erroneously illustrated with a 1905 photograph of then-colonel Nikolai Tretyakov, from a group photograph of officers of the 5th East Siberian Rifle Regiment, who was in Port Arthur [2] [3] . Image Dyachenko still not found.
