Yurino is a village in the Smolensk region of Russia , in the Vyazemsky district . The population is 4 inhabitants ( 2007 ) [1] . It is located in the eastern part of the region 9 km southeast of the district center, 1.5 km north of the P132 Vyazma - Kaluga - Tula - Ryazan highway on the banks of the Losminka River . 1.5 km north of the village station op. 9th km on the Vyazma - Zanoznaya railway line. It is part of the Kaydakovsky rural settlement.

Famous People
September 26, 1919 in the village was born the Hero of the Soviet Union , senior lieutenant , company commander of the 945th Infantry Regiment of the 262th Infantry Division of the 31st Army of the 3rd Belorussian Front S. I. Sergeev [2] . He died in battle on October 19, 1944 .
