Biography
Born on February 1, 1963 in Pavlodar . In early childhood, he moved to Leningrad . Entered the music school at the Leningrad Conservatory in violin. I became acquainted with Alexander Kussul and Ivan Voropaev , the future violinist and violist of the rock group Aquarium .
While studying at the Conservatory, he became acquainted with the philosopher and artist Boris Axelrod , better known under the pseudonym Axel, who became his mentor and instilled in Ruche his love of Baroque music.
After finishing ten years, he entered the Leningrad Conservatory . After the first year, he served in the army, after which he continued to study music.
After the death of Kussul in the summer of 1986, he met Vsevolod Gakkel , the cellist of the Aquarium . In 1987 he joined the "Aquarium" , planning to play a few concerts and return to the old music, but remained with the "Aquarium" until the official last concert of the group in 1991 . Then he continued working with Grebenshchikov in the BG-Band . He left the BG-Band in 1992 , without being able to simultaneously participate in the tours with the BG and in the activities of the Musica Petropolitana ensemble.
Subsequently, he took part in the recording of the albums of the “new” Aquarium “ Favorite songs of Ramses IV ” and “ Kostroma mon amour ”.
