Title
The old name Dumanli, in 1930, at the request of residents to Tsar Boris, was renamed Tseretelevo in honor of the Russian diplomat, Prince A.N. Tsereteli (1848-1883), an active participant in the Trans-Balkan campaign of the Russian army.
Political Situation
In the local Tsaretelevo caste, which includes Tseretelevo, the post of kmet (warden) is performed by Vasilka Georgieva Kirashka ( Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) ) based on the election results of the casting board.
