Political Situation
In the local komchestvo Colonel-Serafimovo, which includes Colonel-Serafimovo, the post of kmet (warden) is performed by Hristo Atanasov Musorliev ( Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) ) according to the results of the election of the kchemstvo board in 2007 [1] .
Kmet (mayor) of the Smolyan community - Nikolai Todorov Melemov ( Citizens for the European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) ) according to the results of the 2011 elections [2] , before Kmeta was Dora Ilieva Yankova ( Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) ) according to the results of the 2007 election to the board communities [3] .
