History
Until 1942, the village was called Dishbudak ( tour. Dişbudak - Ash ). The village was renamed Colonel-Savovo in honor of the deceased in Dobrudja during the First World War and received the posthumous rank of colonel, commander of the second squad of the 35th regiment, Major Angel Savov. [2]
Political Situation
In the local colonialism, Colonel-Savovo, which includes Colonel-Savovo, the position of kmet (warden) is performed by Reyhan Sabit ( Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) ), formerly khmet was Ismet Musa Ramadan ( Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) ) according to the results 2007 election of the board of the property.
