Political Situation
In the local Pskov region, which includes Ostri Pazlak, the post of kmet (headman) is performed by Zdravko Mladenov Bedelev (a coalition of 2 parties: the Union of Democratic Forces (SDS) and the national movement Simeon II (VATN) ) based on the results of the election of the board property in 2007 [1] .
Kmet (mayor) of the Smolyan community - Nikolai Todorov Melemov ( Citizens for the European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) ) according to the results of the 2011 elections [2] , before Kmeta was Dora Ilieva Yankova ( Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) ) according to the results of the 2007 election to the board communities [3] .
