Zelendol ( Bulgarian. Zelendol ) is a village in the Blagoevgrad region of Bulgaria . It is part of the Blagoevgrad community. It is located about 6 km southwest of the center of Blagoevgrad . According to the 2011 census , 220 people lived in the village [1] , the predominant nationality is Bulgarians [2] .

Geography
Zelendol is located on the secondary road number 106, passing to Sofia from the Republic of Macedonia . Sofia is 97 km, Blagoevgrad is 4.3 km to the east, and the border with the Republic of Macedonia is 26 km from the village. Near the village: Bolgarchevo and Pokrovnik . In the direction of Blagoevgrad, 1.5 km east of the village, the Struma River flows.
