In the local kemstvo, General Kantardzhievo, which includes General Kantardzhievo, the position of kmet (warden) is performed by Stefan Yanev Zenginov (a coalition of 6 parties: Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) , Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DRC) , National Movement Simeon II (VATV) , VMRO - Bulgarian National Movement , Bulgarian Agricultural Peoples Union (BZNS) , Union of Democratic Forces (SDS) based on election results.

Attractions
