Reviews

In less than a year, “A Brief History of Tractors in Ukrainian” became a sensation in English-speaking Europe and America. It’s impossible not to read such books - sharp, ambiguous and magical, they expand the horizons of understanding our reality: in fact, it’s impossible to imagine that such a novel was written several years ago - not to mention that it won recognition and critics, and readers of the world. Roman Levitskaya’s novel is one of the few books so far thanks to which modern world literature reaches new frontiers, and “humanity, laughing, is parting with its past.” Books about which they not only speak, but also argue.
