History
Until May 25, 1919, the territory of the settlement was part of the Peryansk volost of the Mstislavsky district of the Mogilev province , then the land was part of the Gomel province , from June 30, 1919 the settlement was already part of the Smolensk province . Mikshi rural council was formed in 1955 .
