8th Infantry Division (3rd formation)

Formed on December 25, 1941 in the Central Asian Military District , in the cities of Semipalatinsk and Ayagoz as the 458th Infantry Division . In 1942 it was renamed the 8th Infantry Division.

In the army from March 23, 1942 to May 9, 1945.
