Story
The father, brothers and three husbands of the Mexican Maria were killed many years ago, the last husband escaped. She has three children - a blind girl, a weak-minded boy and an older boy named Joey Garza, who became a murderer at age 14. Since then, he has become famous throughout the district, robbing many trains and killing everyone standing in his way. Authorities hire experienced Texas ranger captain Woodrow Call to track down and kill Joey; two more are leaving with him - government spokesman Ned Brookshire and young deputy sheriff Ted Plankert. Later, after some hesitation, the captain's old friend Corporal Parker joins the group with a heavy heart, leaving his wife Lorena and five children at home. They have a long way to go, full of dangers ...
