Attractions
In the center of the village there were two wooden churches - the Pokrovsko-Vlasyevskaya ( tabernacle , 1743 ) and the Epiphany (St. George) ( many-domed , 1793 ), as well as the bell tower (the end of the XVIII century ). Until May 5, 2013, it was the only triple ensemble remaining in the region, and one of the four remaining in Russia. On the evening of May 5, 2013 (on the first day of Easter), a two-storey Pokrovsko-Vlasyevskaya church caught fire from a lightning strike, and the fire spread to the bell tower. It was possible to defend one Epiphany Church from the fire [4] .
Culture
The center of the cultural life of the village is a rural school in combination with a museum, existing on the enthusiasm of the only teacher - the museum supervisor and a few schoolchildren.
