Abadia dos Dorados ( port. Abadia dos Dourados ) is a municipality in Brazil , part of the state of Minas Gerais . The component of the mezoregion Triangulu-Mineira-i-Alto-Paranaiba . History
The emergence of the settlement is associated with the beginning of the development of diamond deposits in the XIX century . The status of the city was assigned on December 27, 1948 .
Economy
The economy is based on branches of agricultural production ( corn , soybeans , livestock ). Several enterprises are engaged in the production of bricks and roof tiles . Minor diamond mining. Airport for receiving small aircraft.
