Story
Fatigued by the many years of unsuccessful pursuit of a killer maniac, the FBI agent Joel Campbell moves to Chicago , where he is about to begin a quiet and calm life. However, a killer named David Allen Griffith, who believes that there is some kind of connection between them, moves to Chicago after Joel and starts a bloody game with him. In order to simplify the task, the agent sends by mail a photograph of the future victim 12 hours before a new crime. Campbell needs to stop the killer, because the girl who cares about him should be the next victim.

Production
Keanu Reeves said that he did not find the script of the film interesting and was forced to star in the film only after his friend forged his signature in the contract [3] . According to the actor, he preferred to participate in the filming of protracted legal battles [3] .
