Story
Policeman John Kang works in a youth center, teaching the kids martial arts. He worked in the "dirty streets", but loves to deal with children more. A friend draws him to a case related to the Cambodian and Russian mafia, since Kang's grandfather was a native of Cambodia and John knew this language. A friend and other policemen are being killed. John must take revenge ...
