Sertan di Cratheus ( port. Microrregião do Sertão de Cratéus ) is a micro-region in Brazil , part of the state of Ceara . A component of the Sertoynes-Sarensis Mesoregion The population is 240,714 people (as of 2010). Area - 12 830.682 km². The population density is 18.76 people / km².
