Itajai ( port. Microrregião de Itajaí ) - a microregion in Brazil , part of the state of Santa Catarina . An integral part of the Val do do Itajai Mesoregion.
The population is 570,947 people (as of 2010). Area - 1,547.840 km². The population density is 368.87 people / km².
