Ipu ( port. Microrregião de Ipu ) - a micro-region in Brazil , is part of the state of Ceara . An integral part of the northwestern state of Ceara . The population is 137,423 people (as of 2010). Area - 4,221.796 km². The population density is 32.55 people / km².
