Barra do Pirai ( port. Microrregião de Barra do Piraí ) is a micro-region in Brazil , part of the state of Rio de Janeiro . An integral part of the South Mesoregion of Rio de Janeiro .
The population is 175,182 people (as of 2010). Area - 2,362,091 km². The population density is 74.16 people / km².
