Story
At the center of the story is the relationship between the two main Hollywood gossips in the 1930s and 1940s. - Luella Parsons and Heddy Hopper . The highly experienced Parsons, using her connections with newspaper tycoon William Randolph Hearst and various sources of confidential information, is the best reporter in Hollywood, often acting as the creator and destroyer of acting careers. Parsons' incredible power in the field of Hollywood gossip remained unchanged only until 1938, when Hedda Hopper, an actress with an uncomplicated career in the film business, was hired by a reporter for one of Hurst's rivals. Thus began the mutual confrontation of the two great women, which lasted with varying success until the death of Hopper in 1966.
