Indravarman II (d. 1243 ) - king of the Khmer empire (1218-1243).
Perhaps he was the son of Jayavarman VII , as he was consecrated as the rightful heir.
During his reign, Buddhist temples were destroyed or desecrated, which turned into Shaivist sanctuaries, Brahmin families rebelled and split Khmer society. By 1230, Tambraling and Lavo won freedom and independence.
In 1243, Indravarman II died, his son Jayavarman VIII became the successor.
