History
Until April 2014, Chechulino was the administrative center of the now abolished Chechulinsky rural settlement .
Economics
The enterprise that is part of the Adept group of companies is the livestock complex of Novgorod Bacon LLC, until 2000 the Novgorod Pig Mill.
