Born in the UK . He was born 13 minutes later than his twin brother Oliver Phelps . There are no other children in the family. They studied together at Little Sutton Elementary School and Arthur Terry High School. Even at school, they participated in several theatrical productions. In 2000, the twin mother found out about the audition in Leeds , and the guys immediately tuned in to participate.
