Title

Translated from Finnish Nyapinlahti means a pinch of bay .

In the winter of 1948, by the decision of the executive committee of the Myllyupelt village council, the village of Nyapinlahti was named Sinevo . There is no justification [3] .

History

According to the 1920 census, 85 people lived in Nyapinlahti [4] .

Until 1939, the village of Nyapinlahti was part of the Kyakisalm rural district of the Vyborg province of the Republic of Finland [3] . In 1939, its population was 92 people, of which 39 were men and 53 were women [4] .

Before the Winter War , the villagers were predominantly engaged in agriculture. In the village was a cooperative store [4] [5] .

From January 1, 1940 - as part of the Karelian-Finnish SSR .

From August 1, 1941 to July 31, 1944, the Finnish occupation.

Since November 1, 1944, as part of the Mullyupeltovsky village council of the Kexholm region of the Leningrad region.

Since October 1, 1948, it is taken into account as the village of Sinevo as part of the Kommunarsky Village Council of Priozersky District.

Since June 1, 1954, the village of Sinevo as part of the Krotovsky Village Council.

Since February 1, 1963 - as part of the Vyborg district .

From January 1, 1965 - again as part of the Priozersky district. In 1965, the population of the village was 270 people [6] .

According to 1966, the village of Sinevo was part of the Krotovsky village council [7] .

According to the data of 1973 and 1990, the village of Sinevo was part of the Larionov village council [8] [9] .

In 1997, 60 people lived in the village of Sinevo Larionovo volost, in 2002 - also 60 people (Russians - 87%) [10] [11] .

In 2007, 63 people lived in the village of Sinevo Larionovsky SP , in 2010 - 90 people [12] [13] .

Geography

The village is located in the northern part of the district on the highway 41K-185 ( Komsomolskoye - Priozersk ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 8 km [12] .

In the village there is a railway platform Sinevo Priozersky direction of the October Railway [7] .

The Lugovaya River flows through the village .
