Incidents
At 0.20 a.m. local time, on May 10, 2009, the gas pipeline broke and a fire of the 5th, highest complexity category occurred at the administrative building of VNIIOFI and VNIIMS at 46 Ozernaya Street, the largest such emergency ever happened in Moscow. The fire area was 800 m², the flame height was 200 m. A 3-story building caught fire, a nearby 8-story administrative building was melted, more than 80 nearby cars were damaged (15 melted on the spot), 5 people turned to hospitals.
