Myogram (electromyogram, EMG; from lat. Myogram ) - recording of electrical signals obtained as a result of registration of muscle contractions.
Registration Methods
Initially, electrical signals recorded from the skin surface using special sensors were recorded using sensitive galvanometers .
However, such a registration system did not make it possible to follow the process of potential changes in dynamics. Therefore, more sophisticated recording systems with the help of paper recorders and on the screens of oscilloscopes appeared .
