Story
The owner and editor of the fashion magazine Image, Rex Kingman ( Lee Major ), has financial problems. To cope with them, he plans to hold a photo shoot for the anniversary release on an exotic island in the Caribbean, away from civilization. In addition to him, several fashion models participate in the trip, his assistant and mistress Kate ( Jennifer O'Neill ), photographer Patrice ( Adrian Paul ) and make-up artist Dora. Suddenly, the photo shoot turns into a nightmare string of murders.
