Features
The system allows you to program your own online store using the so-called. tags - special commands that perform certain actions or include pieces of code in the Perl programming language .
The installation package includes a demo version of the online store with Backend .

History
In 2001, Akopia, an Interchange developer, was acquired by Red Hat . [3] Red Hat stopped supporting the project in 2002. In the same year, developers teamed up with the Interchange Development Group , an independent group to coordinate the development of Interchange. [four]
