Total Eclipse (1993 film)

The film begins with the message that there are abnormal psychopaths in the club who staged a bloody massacre. The challenge is taken by best friends and partners - Max Dyer and Jim Sheldon. During the shootout, Jim gets four bullets in the chest, but miraculously survives and ends up in a coma . At night, an unknown person sneaks into Jim's ward and injects serum into his dropper.

The next day, Jim instantly recovers and comes to the police station, where he sees with Max. Max cannot believe this and is in a state of shock.

Jim is full of energy and strength. On the street, friends stop at an eatery and buy food. At this time, unknown gangsters start shooting at people from their car. Max shouts to Jim to get into the car to chase criminals faster, but Jim just runs after the car, making incredible acrobatic jumps and upheavals, while still showing amazing accuracy when firing.

One of the surviving criminals is trying to hide on a stolen motorcycle, after the "super policeman" fired at the car, but Jim overtakes him in a couple of jumps. His wife Lisa leaves Max after visiting a psychologist and gives time to think about what is more precious to him. At this time, his partner Jim Sheldon commits suicide by shooting himself in the head with a silver bullet, which was cast by him from his happy coin mascot. The suicide of a good friend dooms Max to a new depression.

At this time, a senior officer Adam Garou, who became famous in the city for his success in reducing crime, draws attention to Max and his state of mind, and invites him to join in at the weekly meeting, which is attended by other police officers, who, like Max experiencing difficulties in life that are directly related to work. Adam promises Max that he will solve all his problems and will not give up, as he is a good detective who the city really needs in the fight against crime.

In order to clear the streets of the city from bandits, a detachment of special forces from the best police departments, which can turn into werewolf fighters, is created in the Los Angeles police department. The main task of the detachment is the complete elimination of people who decided to break the law. After each operation, not one of the criminals remains alive.

The best police officer Max Dyer liked the squad leader Adam Gar, and the latter decides to invite him to his team.

Although Max was skeptical that he would get at least some benefit from this meeting, as he had already taken part in a counseling session with a psychologist , which was unsuccessful, but still came. Adam told Max about all the intricacies at the first meeting.

After another raid and the complete destruction of the gang, Adam's group returns to the police station. The police officer told Max that in the cell some person would like to speak with him. In a conversation with him, the man said that he was a former werewolf in Adam’s group, but he miraculously managed to escape, since Adam always eliminated his colleagues after some time, and the drug that they used to obtain unique abilities slowly kills the person after why you become angry and uncontrollable.
