Vali do Itajai ( port. Mesorregião do Vale do Itajaí ) is the administrative and statistical mesoregion in Brazil , part of the state of Santa Catarina . The population is 1,508,980 people (as of 2010). Area - 13,097.624 km². The population density is 115.21 people / km².
