Yampolye is a village in the Smolensk region of Russia , in the Pochinkovsky district . As of 2007, there is no permanent population. It is located in the central part of the region, 16 km north-west of Pochinka , 1.5 km east of the A141 Oryol - Vitebsk highway, on the banks of the Rossage River. It is part of the Muryginsky rural settlement.
