Story
Victoria Brown, an old unmarried woman, lived quietly and calmly until she found a stranger in her attic, surprisingly in her attic. The latter turned out to be an escaped prisoner, found behind bars for the theft of jewelry, and Victoria invites him to stay with her. Gradually, between them at first an incredible feeling of trust arises, and soon a real friendship.
