Samborsky district ( Ukrainian: Sambirsky district ) is an administrative unit of the Lviv region of Ukraine . The administrative center is a city of regional subordination to Sambir . The district also includes cities of regional significance - Rudki and Novy Kalinov .

According to the results of the 2001 All-Ukrainian Population Census, 74.6 thousand people lived in the district (97.1% compared to the 1989 census), of which 0.4 thousand people (0.5%) were Russian and 1.3 thousand were Poles . people (1.7% in relation to the entire population) [2] .
