Toshihiko Seki ( 関 俊彦 Seki Toshihiko , June 11, 1962) is a popular Japanese seiyu hailing from Tochigi Prefecture . Best known for his roles as Raoul Le Crozet in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Sanzo in Saiyuki . He works for 81 Produce and also plays on stage. Married, two daughters.

According to the data of August 2007 [1] , Seki Toshihiko is considered one of the most productive seiyuu with more than 180 roles. In June 2004, he took ninth place in the overall popularity rating of seiyu, which is calculated by Animage magazine (Animage Awards, category “Favorite Seiyu”) [2] .
Toshihiko Seki worked several times with seiyu Hoshi Soichiro , Hayami Shou , and Ai Orikasa , with whom they are close friends.
